Here is a banana smoothie recipe, inspired by one we found online. I am sorry to say I can’t find the link to give credit. Anyway, good for before or after a run or on the way to work!
- add 2 cups ice to blender
- add 1 banana
- add 1 single-serving cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- fill with skim milk to 2 cup mark on blender
- add honey to taste
Blend to desired texture and drink! (makes about 2 glasses)
