We recently had a chance to travel to Grand Rapids, MI and had a lunch at a neat place called Marie Catrib’s.

We both had the Sweet Potato and Quinoa Burger - at least the ingredients sound pretty healthy! And it was amazing!
“This is made with sweet potatoes, quinoa, onions, cilantro, almonds and spices. Served with fresh greens, ginger-tomato chutney and curried veganaise on your choice of bread.”
Anyhow, if you are ever in Grand Rapids, it is a pretty cool place. The Turkish coffee is also great!
This weekend, we took a nice bike ride while visiting some family in Michigan, about 15 miles. Not too speedy, but it had a lot of rolling hills. (Borrowed bikes and helmets from the in-laws!)
Traveling for work this weekend, but fortunately the hotel has a true runbikeclimb fitness center!
