Oregano and Veggies

As an acquired taste for vegetables has been instrumental in our weight loss, Pathguy has encouraged me to give away my secret to making them delicious for free in the name of better health.  OK.

It’s not really a secret – just a good alternative to crudite or steaming.  Basically I just chop up whatever we have in a pan with a teensy bit of olive oil and ton-o oregano.  Oregano makes everything better, don’t you think?  Then I just cook it a bit on medium or thereabout until it seems like they are still crunchy but not so raw.  Some of you foodies out there are certainly better at matching spices and oils to foods, but the result is quick, good, easy and works for us!
